French Toast with Apple Filling

Special breakfast for the joy of any kid.. Among the healthy egg breakfast recipes, this one dives you into France blanketed with a smell of cinnamon and apple within just 20 minutes.

Ingredients:

  • 2 thick bread slices
  • 1 egg
  • 1 apple
  • ½ cup milk
  • 20 g  butter
  • ½  tsp cinnamon
  • 3 Tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp oil

 

Cut the pockets in the bread slices. Peel the apple, get rid of the seeds and dice. Add cinnamon, butter , and sugar. Mix ingredients and caramelize the future filling in the pan. Separately beat the egg with milk. Fill the bread pockets with caramelized apple filling.  Dip the bread  in the whipped mixture and then fry on both sides until the golden brown.

 

Yogurt Oatmeal

Healthy yogurt recipes can be not boring at all. A natural yogurt portion without disputable additives, but with slices of your favorite fruits - is an awesome cold breakfast that both save your time and has a really healthy effect.

Ingredients:

  • 4-5 Tbsp Oatmeal
  • 2 Tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp honey
  • 0.5 cup milk
  • 1  cup yogurt
  • 0.25 cup Maypo Wheat
  • fruits/dried fruits/seeds

Take your child’s favorite plate and fill it with oatmeal. Lightly sprinkle it with the Maypo Wheat and brown sugar. Precisely pour the mass in the milk. Spread the top layer with yogurt and add the honey. Voila!
Add fruits or seeds, at your desire.

 

Spring Pea and Mint Soup

Ingredients:

  • 1 mint
  • 6 cup green peas
  • 5 cup water

Use a deep frying pan. Peel the onion, cut into small cubes and fry with oil until transparent. Add green peas and water. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and leave for another 7 minutes. Meanwhile, chop the mint and squeeze the lemon juice. Pass the cooked peas through a blender and mix everything.
