Only use fresh fruit for this fresh fruit cobbler recipe. Any variation will work! I usually use sweetened peaches and lightly sugared berries, but this is optional. Serve warm with cream, ice cream, or whipped cream.

Ingredients

  • fresh peaches: 1 cup (sliced)
  • apple slices: 0.75 cup (peeled)
  • pear slices: 0.75 cup (peeled)
  • blueberries: 0.5 cup
  • pitted, sliced cherries: 0.5 cup
  • pitted, sliced plums: 0.5 cup
  • white sugar: 0.75 cup
  • milk: 0.25 cup
  • egg: 1 piece
  • all-purpose flour: 1 cup
  • baking powder: 1 tsp
  • salt: 0.5 tsp
  • vanilla extract: 0.5 tsp
