  • vegetable oil: 2 Tbsp
  • ginger root: 0.5 inch piece (sliced, fresh)
  • lean pork: 0.25 pound (thinly sliced)
  • soy sauce: 1 tsp
  • dark soy sauce: 0.5 tsp
  • salt: 0.5 tsp
  • sugar: 0.33333 tsp
  • sesame oil: 1 tsp
  • green onion: 1 piece (chopped)
  • Chinese rice wine: 1 Tbsp
