  • halibut fillets: 2 piece (4 ounce)
  • scallops: 6 piece
  • jumbo shrimp, tail still attached: 6 piece (peeled and deveined)
  • dry white wine: 0.33333 cup
  • butter: 2 Tbsp (melted)
  • lemon juice: 1 Tbsp
  • garlic: 1 tsp (minced)
  • seafood seasoning, such as Old Bay: 0.5 tsp
  • salt and pepper: (to taste)
  • fresh parsley: 1 Tbsp (chopped)

  1. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C).
