I made these pizza bombs because I love anything pizza and really love the idea of a pizza appetizer. These little bombs are so easy to make and would be perfect for a party! Serve with warmed pizza sauce for dipping.

Ingredients

  • refrigerated biscuits (such as Pillsbury™ Grands!): 1 can (16 ounce can)
  • pizza sauce: 0.5 cup (or as needed)
  • mozzarella cheese: 0.5 cup (or as needed, shredded)
  • pepperoni: 0.5 cup (or as needed)
  • butter: 0.25 cup (melted)
  • 1/2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese: 2 piece (to taste)
  • italian seasoning: 1 tsp

  3. Spread the center of each circle with about 1 tablespoon pizza sauce, leaving a 1/4-inch edge open. Sprinkle each circle with about 1 tablespoon mozzarella cheese, and about 1 tablespoon pepperoni.

  4. Pull up the edges of each circle to form a ball, and seal completely. Roll them in your hands to ensure the dough is sealed, then set each ball on the baking sheet seal-side-down.

  5. Brush each ball with melted butter. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning.
