Super quick and easy - you will probably have all the ingredients in your pantry already! Serve with your favorite sauce! I served mine with spicy mayo, made by mixing 3 tablespoons mayo with 1/2 tablespoon sriracha. It would also be great with tzatziki or spicy mustard.

Ingredients

  • garbanzo beans: 1 can (16 ounce can, drained)
  • panko bread crumbs: 0.25 cup (or as needed)
  • onion: 0.25 cup (chopped)
  • olive oil: 0.25 cup
  • egg: 1 piece
  • parsley: 2 Tbsp (dried)
  • curry powder: 1 Tbsp
  • garlic powder: 1 Tbsp
  • lemon juice: 1 Tbsp
  • ground black pepper: 0.5 Tbsp
  • panko bread crumbs: 0.25 cup (or as needed)
  • olive oil for frying: 1 cup (or as needed)
